ECS Refining is a resource recovery facility which specializes in reclamation of metals from wastes and scrap materials generated primarily by the photo processing and electronics industries. The following is a list of services the facility provides.

• Recycling of tin/lead solder wastes (dross and solids)
• Recycling of tin/lead solder residues (for example, solder paste jars)
• Recycling of silver-bearing photographic wastes (steel wool recovery cartridges, silver flake, and waste liquids)
• Recycling of silver-bearing residues (for example, silver solder paste)
• Assured destruction of obsolete or confidential electronic equipment, printed circuit boards, and components
• Shredding, sampling, and assaying of used printed circuit boards, including trim and components
• Preparation of drill and router dusts produced in printed circuit board manufacture for shipment to a smelter for recovery of metal values
• Recycling of miscellaneous precious metal-bearing scrap materials
• Certificates of recycling or destruction provided upon request
• Transportation to our facility provided within California
• Preparation of hazardous waste labels, manifests, and land ban notifications
• Sale of silver recovery equipment manufactured by Hallmark Refining Corporation
• Offers Destruction Services

ECS REFINING is a Resource Recovery Facility (TSD) operating under Interim Status from the Cal/EPA Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) since July 30, 1994. ECS REFINING holds various permits, licenses and registrations.
